Refund, Cancellation & Purchase Policy

By booking an appointment or completing a purchase with Skin Corrective Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Appointments and Cancellations

A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your scheduled service.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in the loss of the deposit. Forfeited deposits are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to a future appointment.

 

Services and Treatment Packages

All services and treatment packages are final sale, nonrefundable and nontransferable. Once a package has been started, refunds or credits will not be issued for completed or unused treatments.

Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Payment covers the treatment performed, professional time and products used, not a guaranteed cosmetic outcome.

Please contact us promptly with any concerns following a treatment so we can evaluate the situation and provide appropriate guidance.

 

Memberships

Membership payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Memberships automatically renew according to the signed membership agreement.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within the required notice period. Canceling a membership does not refund payments that have already been processed. Unused services and benefits are subject to the terms of the membership agreement.

 

Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards are final sale, nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Skin Corrective Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Promotional purchases, discounted services, event specials, giveaway prizes and complimentary treatments are nonrefundable and have no cash value.

Retail Products

All skincare and retail product sales are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged due to personal preference or a change of mind.

If a product causes a suspected adverse reaction, please discontinue use and contact Skin Corrective Aesthetics within seven days. After reviewing the circumstances, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion. The original product, packaging and proof of purchase will be required.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products must also be reported within seven days of purchase or delivery. Approved claims will be replaced with the same product whenever available.

Skin Corrective Aesthetics is not responsible for products lost, stolen or damaged after confirmed delivery.

 

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Please contact Skin Corrective Aesthetics directly if you believe a charge is incorrect so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Knowingly filing a false or fraudulent chargeback after receiving services, products or membership benefits may constitute theft, theft of service or fraud under Texas law. Suspected fraudulent disputes may be contested with supporting documentation, referred for collection or civil recovery, and reported to the appropriate authorities.

A chargeback does not automatically cancel a membership agreement or valid outstanding balance. Future services and purchasing privileges may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

 

Policy Acknowledgment

This policy is presented at the time of booking or purchase. By booking an appointment, completing a transaction or signing the applicable acknowledgment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

All sales are final except where otherwise required by applicable law.
